T’ai Chi is a complete system that encompasses the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional components. Strengthening the core, calming the mind, learning a new way of movement, and connecting with yourself are key benefits.
Warm-ups, readings, movement, and breathing are part of each class.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Mats aren’t needed.
Cost includes 4 classes Sept 1, 8, 15, 22 from 6:45pm-7:35pm
A minimum of 8 people (women, men, teens) is required for the class to run.
