Connect to the Natural World
We will be providing various invitations for you to connect to the natural world and the varied landscapes and elements.
Introduction to different meditation options to explore over the weekend along with movement practices to start off your days.
Introduction to a “sit spot” practice and exploring the farm to find your “sit spot” for the weekend.
Move Breathe Well owner, Sarah Breisinger, will lead us in preparing a community meal while discussing mindful eating habits.
Continental Style Breakfast
Time to engage in the movement & meditation practices of your choice along with your “sit spot” practice (guided or on your own).
Road trip to Laurel Hill State Park where you will choose the vessel (kayak/sup) to connect with the lessons the element of water has to offer you.
Lunch (bagged lunch)
2 different offerings for a guided hiking experience that will connect you with the forest and mountain landscapes or the option to hang out on the beach for a time of reflection and relaxation.
An art experience guided by Amy Roadman Art to bring to life some of the experiences you had with nature during the retreat.

**Note that if we would have inclement weather on Saturday we would be providing a workshop experience at the farm that would still include ways to connect to the different elements and landscapes.
Reconnect and Renew with us during this all inclusive weekend located at Cardinal Hill Farm in Champion, Pennsylvania. There are different room options inside of the main house along with an option for a studio guest suite to share with 4 of your friends.

When registering you will have to choose the room of your choice which will include the room and activities/food/refreshments for one participant. If you are sharing a space with someone you can split the room fee on your own but each person will have to pay individually for the activities/food/beverage to be fully registered for the retreat.
Option for attending Saturday only will be available on a limited basis.
Cancel 9 days or less prior to the retreat, fees are 50% refundable or fully transferable to another participant found by you.
Canceling your reservation 10 days or more prior to August 5th results in a refund of your deposit minus a $25.00 Cancellation Fee.
Our breakfast will be continental style so that you can mix and match the perfect blend of items for yourself.
Friday: Sarah from Move Breathe Well will be leading us in a community meal.
Saturday: Lunch will be a brown bag lunch from a local deli.
We will gather more information from you for more specifics on your preferences.
Dinner will be prepared for you during your creative time with Amy with various options to explore.
Did we mention snacks? Lots of snacks will be available throughout the weekend.
