Let’s connect with the Trees in June! Our reciprocal relationship with trees is undeniable! Come explore the similarities we have with our tree friends and see what wisdom they can offer us. On this walk, we will be exploring the old Hemlock Forest located in Laurel Hill State Park. We’ll incorporate movement and mindfulness practices to slow down to the pace of nature to notice things we may have missed in the past.
Further details on location will be disclosed upon registration. The walk will cover around 1.3 miles and we will be moving at a slower pace. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear closed toed shoes. You are welcome to bring items that will make you comfortable during our walk (snacks, water, sit pad, bug spray, etc). Please reach out with any questions.
