T’ai Chi is a complete system that encompasses the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional components. Strengthening the core, calming the mind, learning a new way of movement, and connecting with yourself are key benefits. Warm-ups, readings, movement, and breathing are part of each class. The class is for 4 weeks starting Oct 27th and in November 3rd, 10th, 17th.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Mats aren’t needed.
A minimum of 8 people (women, men, teens) is required for the class to run.
Price is $54 for 4 sessions
