Join me for a brief introduction to Qi Gong before taking a saunter down the Indian Creek Valley Trail. The total distance of the walk will be less than 1 mile on a smooth surface. Great for all levels and we may even catch a glimpse of the Belted Kingfisher that likes to hang at the Steyer Bridge. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others and enjoy spending time in nature. The event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather.
More information about the trail can be found here https://mtwatershed.com/indian-creek-valley-trail/
Please dress in clothing that allows you to move comfortably and is appropriate for the weather conditions. Closed toed shoes are recommended. You may want to bring a beverage and snack (who doesn’t love a good snack on the trail) to take along with you.
This is a donation-based event. All proceeds will go towards the purchase of new benches and other needed materials for this section of the trail. Please consider bringing a donation to help out with the cause.
Exact location will be disclosed upon registration but we will be near Camp Christian in Mill Run, PA.
