Let me introduce you to Qi Gong in the Park!
A movement practice that brings body, breathing, and mind together. We will enjoy our movement in an outdoor setting where we can be inspired by the natural surroundings that some of our movements will emulate.
The practice is friendly to all and requires no special equipment but I do recommend:
· Loose or stretchy clothing that allows for freedom of movement
· Flat Flexible Shoes or Bare Feet
· Bottle of Water
· A smile on your face.
Qi Gong is all about the cultivation of the natural energy that is already within and around us. Let’s open up the channels to allow this healing energy to flow freely within us.
The program runs for 5 weeks.
Price is $15 per session (you do not have to attend all sessions)
A percentage of profits made after fees will be donated to the Indian Creek Valley Trail.
