The last date of the year focuses on connection. Connection occurs when 2 beings interact with each other and have the sense of being valued, seen, and heard. This guided walk will allow you to not only build connection with your partner but also the natural world.
Join me for a saunter at Laurel Hill State Park Located in Somerset, Pa. You and your partner will travel a little over a mile and enjoy the company of the forest and each other. You will receive invitations to deepen this experience from your guide. We will be providing a light snack for you to enjoy together at a scenic spot along the way. The walk will not only be a reset for you individually but also a chance to connect back to a sense of playfulness and awe as you explore the more than human world together. The exact location of the hike will be shared with you after registration.
What you will need:
· Closed toed shoes
· Clothing proper for the weather (this includes a light rain)
· Beverage of your choice
· Something to sit on (if you do not like to sit on the ground)
· Bug spray
· Any other hiking accessories that you need to be comfortable (hiking poles, backpack, etc)
Cancellation Policy: You must give at least a 48 hour notice to get a full refund. If we ARE able to fill your spot via the waitlist a refund will be given if notice is given under 48 hours. You are not permitted to “sale” your tickets on your own to another person. Please contact Small Things Often directly if you need to make any changes in your registration.
